HOW IT WORKS

Motherhood is full of small, powerful moments - waiting, holding, loving, growing. During our session, we go gently. Whether you’re expecting or already holding your baby in your arms, we’ll choose a calm and familiar space: your home, a quiet outdoor spot, or my peaceful home studio. We’ll slow down. You can pause, rest, feed, breathe. I’ll be there to catch the quiet beauty in it all.

These sessions are about connection - to your body, your baby, your inner world. They are slow, soft, and centered on how you truly feel.

 

We’ll follow your rhythm. If you’re nursing, we pause. If your baby needs to be held the whole time, we work with that. Nothing is rushed or expected.

 

These sessions can be quiet and personal, or shared with your partner and children.
